Gail is the author of the New York Times bestseller Is Elvis Alive? -- the opening round of her ongoing inquiry into the life of Elvis Presley and the circumstances surrounding his August 16, 1977 disappearance.
Gail wrote the television special The Elvis Files (featuring Bill Bixby) and the sequelThe Elvis Conspiracy, both among the highest-rated syndicated shows of the year.
Among other accomplishments in this investigatory arena, Gail is the first person to document in entirety the famous series of post-"death" Elvis sightings in and around Kalamazoo, Michigan; she is also the first to provide public disclosure of a telephone conversation (recorded more than 11 years after Elvis's alleged death) with a person who identified himself as Elvis Presley.
Gail compiled the book Roses to Elvis: Thoughts & Poems of Love From Fans of Elvis Presley; she is author of the novel Orion and the book Footprints in the Sand.
Also among Gail's credits are magazine and newspaper articles (Glamour; Guidepost; Atlanta Weekly; The Atlanta Journal). Gail has been a talk-show host with WRNG Radio; she has worked in Oahu with the Hawaii Mission of the Methodist Church; and has numerous credits in advertising, promotions, and musical video creations.
